Description
Saturday 24th to Tuesday 27th July 2021 at Trigonos, Nantlle, Gwynedd, LL54 6BW, North Wales
There was so much change in 2020, and so much yet to come in 2021.
It can be hard to know where you’re at: what with the ever-changing rules, the risks of Covid-19, and the increased sense of isolation or confinement.
In body psychology, the ‘inner authority’ is the part of you that feels empowered to make choices in life.
This 4 day, 3 night retreat is all about giving yourself the space and time to reclaim your sense of choice and inner power.
There will be a mixture of stronger yoga practices and gentler Restorative yoga practices on offer, along with optional walks and activities.
The clean and comfortable environment at Trigonos is conducive to giving you permission to deeply rest, relax and unwind.
You’ll be staying by the Nantlle lake, and surrounded by the epic splendor of the North Wales mountains. The vegetarian food (vegans and allergies can be catered for) is always inspiring and nourishing.
We will be running this retreat in a Covid-safe way, respecting social distancing and whatever the current regulations require at that time.
However this retreat will be an opportunity to take time out from whatever your Covid life has been, to take time and space for yourself to and nourish yourself with yoga, delicious food, beautiful landscapes and quiet time.
There will only be 9 places on this retreat. You will be in a single room, unless are you coming with someone from your ‘bubble’.
Pricing
£797 single ensuite room
You’ll pay a £99 deposit now to secure your place. The remainder is due in two payments of £349 in mid April and £349 in mid July.
We recommend you have travel insurance to cover you in case you have to cancel due to a positive Covid test, being asked to self-isolate, or being locked down.
If we have to cancel we will refund you any deposits or money paid to us (minus PayPal fees if you paid by PayPal).
Getting there
The address is: Trigonos, Nantlle, Gwynedd, LL54 6BW. There is plenty of parking on site. If you are coming by public transport, the nearest train station is Bangor (Gwynedd) and we can arrange a lift-share to get you to and from the station.
You can check in from 5pm on the Saturday, and we’ll start with dinner together at 6.15pm. The retreat will end after lunch on the Tuesday at around 2pm.
