Join Sandra Robinson and Claire Mace at beautiful North Wales retreat centre Trigonos for a yoga retreat all about giving yourself the space and time to reclaim your sense of choice and inner power.

There was so much change in 2020, and so much yet to come in 2021.

It can be hard to know where you’re at, what with the challenges of Covid-19, and the ever-changing rules as we ease out of all the restrictions that have been placed on us.

In body psychology, the ‘inner authority’ is the part of you that feels empowered to make choices in life.

This 4 day, 3 night retreat is all about giving yourself the space and time to reclaim your sense of choice and inner power.

There will be a mixture of stronger yoga practices and gentler Restorative yoga practices on offer, along with optional walks and activities.

  • RECLAIM precious space and time for you
  • EMPOWERING yoga practices at your level
  • DELICIOUS plant-based food to nourish your entire being
